This website is operated by Alsaray Wholesale LLC ("Alsaray", "we", "us"), 700 E Whitcomb Ave, Madison Heights, Michigan 48071, United States. We are a business-to-business importer and distributor of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern foods. This policy covers www.alsaraywholesale.com and the forms and accounts on it.

This site is intended for businesses. Anyone may browse the catalog, but only people 21 or older, acting for a business, may apply for an account.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Wholesale account application: first and last name, email, phone, business name and type, tax ID or resale certificate number, business address, how you heard about us, and your confirmations that you are 21 or older, applying for a business, and agree to our Terms and this policy (with the date and policy versions you agreed to).
• Contact form: name, email, phone, optional business name and type, how you heard about us, and your message.
• Your account: your sign-in email and password (stored only as a salted hash), password changes and password-reset requests, and order history if you order with us.

Information collected automatically

• Server and security logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and times, used to run the site, prevent abuse (for example, rate limiting sign-in attempts) and investigate security incidents.
• Cookies and local storage: described in section 4.
• Analytics: only if you choose "Accept Analytics" in the cookie notice (section 4).

We do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this website.

3. How we use information

• To review account applications and verify that applicants are eligible businesses.
• To create and secure your account, sign you in, and reset your password.
• To answer questions, provide pricing and quotes, and fulfil orders you place with our sales team.
• To send service emails, such as application decisions, password resets and order updates.
• To protect the site, our customers and us from fraud, spam and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• If you consent, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage items. The essential ones are needed for the site to work and cannot be switched off.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site, and only as needed:

• Hosting and infrastructure (our web host and session store) to run the website.
• Email delivery providers to send service emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots on our forms.
• Google: Google Fonts delivers the site's typefaces (your browser requests them from Google); Google Analytics only if you accept analytics; Google Maps address suggestions only if enabled on the application form.

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety or property of Alsaray, our customers or others, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business, subject to this policy.

6. How long we keep information

• Account applications: while under review, and afterwards as long as needed to manage the account relationship, keep a record of the decision and prevent fraud.
• Accounts and orders: for the life of the account and as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
• Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and keep a reasonable business record.
• Security logs: for a limited period needed to protect the service.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it unidentifiable.

7. How we protect information

We use HTTPS with HSTS, encrypt stored customer records when encryption is configured on our servers, store passwords only as salted hashes, protect forms with CSRF tokens, rate limiting and bot checks, and restrict administrative access to authorized staff. No system is perfectly secure; read our Security Policy for more, including how to report a vulnerability.

8. Your choices and rights

Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is inaccurate;
• delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal, tax, security or contract reasons;
• close your account; and
• stop optional analytics (use the cookie button above).

Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (such as California) may have additional rights; we honor them where they apply and will not discriminate against you for using them. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization.

9. Children and age limits

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. You must be 21 or older to apply for an account, and applicants must confirm this. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date and version at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or on the site before they take effect.
